Very unclean venue with medical bright white lights. Initial attitude from the staff. Great there was limited pain involved in the wax but it's a wonky Brazilian strip, sections have been missed and I was never asked if I was satisfied. With the threading no cleansing of the skin took place, I was not asked to take a look at the results and one eyebrow is slightly uneven. Only good thing is I didn't have to pay that much for the experience but I really was very disappointed.
