Sadly, the wax was too hot, she burnt my skin badly, I had to leave. I paid an extra £10 on arrival for hot wax, not clear on booking that a Hollywood would entail only strip wax. They only gave me back £10 not the other £14.40 I paid via treatwell. I am in pain.
