I booked a laser hair removal well before the date of my appointment, so the therapist had plenty of time to look and see what I had paid for. The chin and upper lip were complicated and the therapist indicated that she had finished. I said to her that I had paid for the cheeks and sides of my face to be done. She then left the room to look at my booking and came back a few minutes later to complete the treatment. I was embarrassed that my word was not enough to continue the treatment. I would have continued and checked after the treatment, in order to offer a high standard of customer service, or make sure I had looked at the services requested before starting the treatment.

the place is really dirty, the rooms always have hair and dirt everywhere but some of them wax pretty good. price isn't too bad but they need to clean the place properly.
