It was good value, and the colour is OK. I wasn't asked any questions about the sort of blonde i wanted though, or the thickness of the highlights which was a bit annoying. I had to stop the hairdresser to check what she was planning to do. She was friendly though

The beautician was fast. The room was very basic and plain (no music, no nice posters to look at during the session).
The most annoying thing is that someone try to come into the room twice, without even knocking the door, and I find this very unprofessional and annoying, considering that I was half naked.

the lady was very nice with me and detail-driven but I think the wax they use is not of a very good quality. It lasted too long and the table I was lying on was a mess.
