I've arrived on time for my appointment, but they accept me 30' later. The desk was quite dirty for my standards. Was quite busy day and the technician, even though polite, she tried to complete the manicure quite quick. The result was ok (wait to see how long the manicure will last), but I wouldn't go again unless I desperately need a last minute appointment.
