The lady kept pushing for a positive review throughout my treatment. Nothing positive unfortunately, I firmly believe that she has had no prior experience with waxing. The room was dirty, I had to ask for the table to be cleaned - apology was that they were busy in saturdays, but cleaned it. Did NOT make sure to dry my bikini area (ie no talc etc), which meant an unclean waxing - and application of too hot wax again and again and again. All the while asking me to leave a review (so here goes). This was not even close to the cleanest waxes I have experienced - instead the “therapist” had damaged my skin badly enough to result in a broken skin which two weeks later I am still taking treatment for. The monetary “saving” is not worth the worry, pain and infection that you’d get from this awful place; additional cost for purchasing restorative treatments for the area render the “saving” null. I urge everyone NOT to visit this place unless you’d like to experience a fungal infection and/ or broken skin. Terrible. Just TERRIBLE. I am in tears.
