Even if I had to wait 15min, the staff was professional and the lady who took care of me was quick, clean and I was satisfied.

Quite disorganised in which staff is doing what. I had 3 different people altogether.
I had booked for gel for nails and normal polish for toes but no one had a clue when i got there.
My hands were done very quickly but the girl knew what she was doing so I they are good.
The girl who did my toes didn’t have a clue. She didn’t clean or massage my feet properly and she made such a mess of the polish. When i asked her to fix it she didn’t really try to.
The price is definitely much more than what its worth, specially given the unhygienic venue.
Additionally the toilets are so disgusting that I couldn’t even wash my hands as the sink was blocked with hair and nail cuttings. Gross.

The overall experience wasn’t as bad as I expected to be, my beauty therapist was reassuring and ensured I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I did take 2 ibuprofens about an hour before the treatment but I experienced very little pain with zero itchiness, soreness or irritation.
