I was given a different price to everyone else in the salon getting the same treatment. I was told that Treatwell charge 35% more and I had to accept the price difference. I have also tried to sort this with Treatwell but have been ignored. The staff were scared and defensive when I questioned this. A very strange place. Avoid at all costs. Something dodgy going on.

The wax itself was good and the lady that did it was very sweet and professional. I didn’t catch her name.
The salon however didn’t seem to be that clean at all. The room was pretty gross. Also not too keen on the fact that they double dipped from a huge vat of wax...
