Deqa was amazing as usual, always does an amazing wax. I won’t use anybody but deqa here.. originally when I called into book and ask what day deqa was working the lady that picked up was so rude and had no customer service skills. She rushed me off the phone because she had a customer yet I am also a customer and a repeat one. I rang back and asked her not to be so rude and be professional .They are not very helpful and rude in the kilburn branch not sure which kilburn branch, as I rang the same kilburn branch by accident asking for deqa and the lady responded angrily you already called me and I already told you! Bye and hung up! I think there needs to be training for staff like this.
