Awful experience. Was left waiting more than an hour despite having an appointment booked. I get it's a busy time of year, but this was chaos. Members of staff were literally screaming at each other across the salon. The beautician who did my treatment was nice, but not even three hours later and my lashes have fallen already. Don't waste your time and money here.
