Great service and lovely staff but had to re-pluck the area between my eyebrows afterwards as I could see a lot of stray hairs when I got home!

The beautician was friendly. The only piece of advise I would give is when someone is about to use the sunbed it’s worth asking if they know how to use one. It was my first time using one and I really had to guess what I needed to do.

When I got to the venue. They didnt have my appointment. I had to wait and then there was another lady with an appointment just 15min later then mine.
The staff arranged to see both in the end.
It was very quick. The room was hot, the staff did both my treatments in like 25 min. The skin was sweaty, didnt use any powder. I got wax all over my legs, got stuck to the paper. Was left with litres of oil dripping on my legs and was told i could clean it my self with tissues. There were no tissues...
Overall it wasnt a great experience.
