Technician was so lovely but the wax was so so painful and left me barely able to sit on the tube after. 2 days later and my skin must have burnt as I’m peeling away burnt and dead skin which has never happened in 2 years of waxing!!!

Very unhygienic place, the beautician was very rough, commented numerous times on my leg hair being difficult because of shaving (sorry I cannot afford to wax every month). She was rough even when she was applying powder to my underarm, her threading technique was poor too as the thread broke 4 times. I am surprised they are allowed to operate at that low level of cleanliness and service they offer. The pedicure staff were much better though you can see they are just processing people. Never going again.
