I arrived just before my appointment time. It was loud and very unwelcoming. I was told I would have to wait because they had their own customers to deal with so asked me to sit. I sat outside on my mobility scooter as their seating is uncomfortable for me but after 45 minutes I went back to ask when I would be seen and once again I was asked to take a seat as they had their own clients to deal with. After an hour I left without having my hair done as the stylist had left the building.
