I have been to this clinic a few times and have not had issues - I like it because they’re fast!
This time, the therapist brought another person into the room and didn’t give me time to ask what was going on. They spoke in another language the entire time which made me feel uncomfortable.
There a lots of missed spots, especially at the back of my legs. She ripped off my skins and I have had terrible rashes on my legs that still are here 4 days later that hurt and look terrible

I chose this salon because it’s close to my home and hoped it would become my regular nail salon. The nail service was fine, but the customer service was disappointing. The salon wasn’t busy, yet no one welcomed me or offered water or coffee, despite having a coffee machine. When I left, I said “thank you,” and no one even replied or said goodbye. Small gestures matter. This was my first and last visit.
