Terrible experience. No communication, and she ignored my requests. I asked for shorter nails, but she had to cut them 4+ times before understanding, then laughed like I was annoying her. It made me uncomfortable. When I spoke up, she talked in Chinese with a colleague instead of addressing me. She rushed, didn’t apply the color properly, and only let me pick from a few colors instead of my design. No goodbye, no care. I paid for nails I hate. Never coming back.
