Im not sure if they doubled booked the staff but i had to wait for half an hour to be seen. 20 mins of that was waiting by myself in the room wondering if they'd forgotten about me. Ive been a couple of times and it hasn't happened before so I'm hoping it was a one-off. I'll definitely give it another go.
