Really disappointed. Paid for a full gel mani/pedi which was supposed to be 1.5hrs. Was called by the clinic the day befre to ask if I could move later as they had double booked, but as I could not they asked I come in 15 mins early. Did so, to find no one knew who had rung me, and the single beautician wasn't available so I then had to sit an wait for 20 minutes. The pedicure was first, and while thorough was a bit rough and took over an hour. I pointed out I had to stick to time, but because of the delay I ended up with a very rushed file and polish on my hands, no proper manicure. Given I paid for a full manicure it was a disappointment. Also, there was a very limited range of colours.

Booked an appointment for 4.30pm on treat well but they didn't see me until 4.45pm. The salon seemed frantic with customers. The nail technician insisted on using a pot of nail polish which was almost empty and when I passed comment she refused to change it. They intended to charge £10 to remove shellac which I said was extortionate given the price of the manicure. The technician flooded 3 nails and repeatedly had to 'clean around the nail to make it look presentable. The polish had chipped within 24 hours.
