I returned a second time as I loved Fatimaa the first time however on this occasion I had another lady who didn't offer her name, didn't take my jacket, offer any tea or coffee, generally just did not talk to me. I explained very clearly that I do not want layers around my face and not too many at the back, just small ones at the bottom and I wanted the length just below my shoulder. This lady did not listen to a thing I asked for and did as she pleased which I absolutely hate. The layers are zigzagged around my head with the shortest layer being by my ear! I look awful. She did not even show me the back in a mirror - it was only until I asked as she was taking off the gown and it happened to be too long. I asked her to cut it shorter which she did but I am still less than satisfied with it and will definitely not be returning.
