I was seen by Leyla for all my treatments. My experience from start to finish was truly amazing and I felt pampered all the way through. She was so professional yet very friendly and did an amazing job on all the treatments I received - I had a shellac Mani & Pedi, a facial and also eyelash extensions and felt like I had a day at the spa! Leyla was so thoughtful at making me as comfortable as possible and ensured I was happy with the treatments throughout the duration - I left the salon feeling invigorated and will definitely be coming back soon for more lovely treatments :-)

Staff very nice but shellac hand varnish very poor. I'm sure they are very good for other areas like hair/ waxing. Had the varnish only as opposed to full manicure as I had my children with me (don't normally for appointments), so thought it would be best. Ladies in the salon were very nice, I was the only client there. Shellac varnish treatments didn't even include use of prep wipe before applying the first coat, which the lady doing it had to tidy up with remover a number of times. It felt very rushed (even though an 'express' treatment, and I assume because of the children they wanted us out fast which I understand in some respects but not an excuse for a poor job. The result was streaked varnish, some with bulging bits where it was applied too think, one nail chipped that evening, then the varnish on one nail came off while the next day, and another has chipped. I have done gel mails myself at home that have lasted longer but thought I'd treat myself and get them done properly which they aren't. Save your money and do them yourself or go elsewhere to the other full nail salon on the same road!

I had a cut and blow dry by Fahimeh. She is excellent, attentive and listens to your requests and offers advice. As always very happy with the service, especially the blow dry which lasts for days.
