The facial itself was ok, but there was no conversation by the beautician, even no explanation of what was going to happen, assessment of my skin or what products they were going to use. The room was freezing! When I asked if they could put the heater on, they said they had it on but put it on 5 minutes before and as the room was downstairs it was bound to be cold. So only towards the end of the facial was the room warm enough to relax and by that stage it was 5 minutes to go. So not the relaxing experience I was hoping
