Had a lovely manicure and pedicure by Ellie, who was super friendly and professional! She did an awesome job. The only point of improvement I can think of would be too include a hand soak before cuticle work and quick massage with the manicure as all other places I've been to have done so. Thanks!

The lady was very friendly she was sweet and kind did my colour fine said I needed to leave it on for 40 mins but 1 hour 10 mins later I had to ask if someone else could wash it off as my stylist went to do another customer in another room? The receptionist called her, there was no one else, so she left the customer to come back again she's sweet but not a good service she had offered me a cut & blow dry for 25 more ok I felt I needed it but felt like she didn't have time, cut good but rushed blowdry I asked for quick but it's because it had all taken so long no time for blow dry paid another £30 but no proper blow dry left upset with wet hair ...all in all really £54 for root colour ....nice lady but I didn't feel happy that I got what I paid for. Disappointed:(

I needed a quick haircut for my color damaged hair and I didn't want to spend a lot as I didn't need any extras. Also, this was the only salon which had appointments after 6 pm, which was the only time I was free. Fahimeh was lovely and very efficient. She gave me a great haircut in just half an hour! The prices are also very reasonable, but I think they could benefit from having an extra person to help as they look very busy.
