There was a problem with the steamer which started to spit boiling water onto my face whilst the therapist was out of the room. I had to jump off the bed to avoid getting scalded and shout for someone to come and help. Not a relaxing experience, the therapist was apologetic and thankfully I wasn't burnt, apart from that was the facial was ok. Don't think no will be going back.
