I booked a spa pedicure that was for 1hr 15mins and included callus removal and masque. However after 30mins the beautician started to get my toes ready to paint. I had to pull out my booking and state that I had paid for a spa manicure. The beautician eventually did a short mask, but no massage. Then when my toes were drying she moved me to an awkward seat as rushing for a new client - but then no new client showed up even after I had left and the beautician just stayed playing on her phone.
