I had the absolute worst wax I’ve ever had in my life here. The woman was 15 minutes late, which was annoying as I was on my lunch break. The treatment room felt a bit dirty and unprepared. The wax was extremely painful and she managed to actually cause a rift in my skin. Not your typical tiny bleed but a full on wound down there. When I looked at her terrified she just rubbed some sort of lotion on to it and put some paper on it so I wouldn’t get blood on my panties. The wound kept bleeding for the rest of the day and I eventually had to put a bandaid on it. I don’t care how cheap this place is, in my 9 years of waxing I have never experienced or heard of anything like this.
