I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately this was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. The waxing itself felt unnecessarily rough, while the customer service left a lot to be desired. I left still covered in patches of wax and frustratingly, now need to book elsewhere to have the job finished properly. Sadly, not an experience I would recommend or repeat.

I don’t think the therapist was very experienced with electrolysis. I never normally leave reviews like this but felt I should. It was very painful and I had huge wounds where the needle went in. The hair has all grown back and there are also a few scars now where the needle was stuck in for ages
