It was sold as a classic facial, so assumed there would be the usual steam, exfoliation, extraction. Nope. The therapist was watching a video on how to do the facial while giving me one and it felt like that. Stilted and moving so fast that she wasn’t washing all the things she was slapping on my face off as she went. I got the ‘lift’ which was massage with a special electric wand which surprised me so much out of nowhere. For the 10-15 min mask, she left me alone for 20 min. Honestly terrible
