A truly one in a million beautician/therapist/hairdresser...
Fahimeh as usual was a real gem. She only delivers first class treatments and top customer service which is what makes me keep coming back.
She managed to do a beautiful hair-up even though I’ve only got a bob hair cut after 30 years of long hair. She made it look gorgeous for a wedding.
Very attentive to my eyebrows, she managed to create an arch when no other beautician has been able to do this with my thin eyebrows in decades!
Even the waxing treatment was so much better than anyone/anywhere else. Fahimeh actually checks and rechecks if there’s any hair left. When I’ve been to other beauticians, they’ve left patches of hair which I’ve later seen and been quite disappointed about. I haven’t had this with Fahimeh - my arms and underarms were totally smooth and silky.
I felt so confident and upbeat when I attended the wedding reception in the evening. She even told me to come back on my way to the event if my hair started to feel uncomfortable.

It was my first time to have eyebrow and upper lip threading done here. I ended up with a couple of small scratches under my left eyebrow which bled a little. Unfortunately I will not be booking here again.

I went to the salon for a blow dry. Dona welcomed me and escorted me to my sit. When she started blowdrying my hair every time the phone would ring she would stop the hairdryer explaining that they can't hear the customer on the other line which I found quite unprofessional and off putting.
