The technician used my eyebrows to fit her old-fashioned one-size-fits-all template (upside down V shaped) and I ended up with two different eyebrows, despite telling the technician to keep them straight. Appalling service. She also asked me where i was ethnically from and seemed visibly disappointed with my answer, with a judgmental “aha”. Not only was the technician incompetent, but she couldn’t even rest on reasonable customer service to save that. Will definitely not recommend.
