1hour pedicure turned into 3.5hours. Poor job on the hard skin filing, nail polish bubbled and not dry by over 2 hours, after much difficult negotiation with staff had to have it all done again by different therapist who was better than first botched job, but safe to say I what impressed by that point. Would not recommend.
