The staff were extremely kind and accommodating and keen to see me come back. I think the beautician was named Rita (sorry if I got that wrong!) and she really sweet.
There's a big TV at the front, which was tuned to a pop music channel, so if that's not your thing might be a bit annoying but was a bit of a nice mindless distraction to be honest.
