I go back here for a root touch up as it’s such good value and they do a great job of loading on loads of colour to my hair which means my stubborn greys are always fully covered.
However I don’t like that when a new customer comes in I am left to the side rather than being finished. My session should have been 1 hr, after 1.5 hours she had started on someone else and sat me under the heated hood. So I had to dry my own hair! It’s cheap yes but doesn’t mean I can spend all day there, it would have been twice the time if I’d gone by the stylists timings and waited for her to come back to me!
