I really don’t want to hurt my therapists feelings writing this review, I’m sure she is hard working and tried her best but honestly my experience was completely awful and I feel like crying, I had to tell her to stop so that I could leave because it was my time and I wasn’t enjoying it. I’m a massage, beauty and spa therapist myself, I work long hours and rarely get two days off together like a lot of therapists. I love what I do but I really wanted to give myself a treat with my skin and a good massage to feel relaxed and for my wellbeing. I asked for a relaxing massage, working into my shoulders and hands only as they ache from me massaging. My therapist chose to do Swedish, which is fine but using tapoment especially when it’s not over a towel is very loud and not relaxing for me. The pressure should be light to medium and slow, not fast and heavy pressure. She asked me if the pressure was ok but I’m not in the salon to teach someone how to do an aromatherapy massage, it is always taught at school scalp massage should be slow not fast etc. The facial was rough, the therapist was very loud washing her hands, with the door and just little things like giving the client privacy to undress, having the bed ready, checking the room is set up and the machine is working with everything needed, not leaving feet uncovered. When I’m working I do all this for my clients so expect it when I go to a professional salon too. The microdermabrasion machine actually stopped working and she continued to use it on me, if I wasn’t myself trained in it and voiced that it wasn’t giving suction and I was a normal client I fear that she would have continued to use the machine despite it doing nothing and me paying for the treatment. After that I could not relax or continue to be polite and tolerate the experience, I am upset that I’ve wasted £77 on these treatments and my time is precious so I cut off the treatment and got out because I really was not enjoying it. I’m sure the salon is amazing for other things and my therapist seemed very nice and I’m sorry that I had to leave such a bad review, I won’t be returning though.

I’ve done lash lifting about 3 month ago, it was disaster,my lashes had been destroyed . It was my worse experience. i have long lashes but they are straight, i just want them to be a bit perm. They just fold them.and i could smell burning on my lashes. Even lower lashes were attached to upper one and they were up side down toward my eyes.it was so ugly and uncomfortable.it took about 2 month until beCame better. I never go there for lash lifting , never ever
