Not the best experience. I’ve been here before and the service has been very good, but the lady was not as helpful as they have been previously and my roots colour was much much darker than I requested which has made me nervous about going back there!

Great venue! My manicure was great. Only downside was the hairdresser was right behind me and I kept getting blown by the hairdryer during my manicure. That was annoying but otherwise everything was great.

Slightly strange atmosphere - nobody greeted me initially so I was left standing awkwardly at the door being ignored. A man in a motorcycle helmet also came in, went down to the massage rooms, then came back up and left 15 mins later. I didn’t see any 15 minute treatments on the menu......
