I had payed online for my specific hair length and the lady who was doing my hair had requested I pay more towards the end because I have “thicker” hair. I mentioned this had to be brought up before and that the Treatwell app specifically states hair length and not density. She wanted me to pay double and stated that my curly hair needs to be done at a “Afro salon” and not here. This was my 4/5th time doing my hair there and I’ve never felt the rudeness from that staff till now. Disappointed.
I happened to come along during a particularly busy time, and showed up earlier than I realized because of a calendar syncing error. I didn't have the treatment with the therapist I typically come for, and was offered the choice of returning but it was too loose and not concrete enough to take up. The alternative therapist was fine, but sloppy in general ... I had to remove hairs myself from my chin, upper lip, and eyebrows on arrival at home and the receptionist was extremely unfriendly.
