Place was too crowded for current situation and noisy (due to the adjacent hair salon) and I couldn’t understand a word the nail technician said.
I had a manicure and the treatment was ok and quick but the nail polish only lasted 2 days and started to peel off.

Unfortunately the therapist didn’t actually expect me and as a result seemed to be in a rush, hasn’t been patient and careful enough and as a result I now have a few bruises and the waxing isn’t perfect. I do believe it was the momentary attitude rather than the usual service, however my experience was not good so I wouldn’t recommend to others.

The therapist who did my wax was really nice and kind. However, I was a little disappointed with my treatment. It seemed to me as if she was in a huge hurry - she must have had a lot of other appointments as she rushed through the latter part of the treatment. I booked hot wax, but she used strip at some points, which I don't mind, but I tried to tell her it was really hot but she didn't seem to hear me. I am sadly now burned and my skin is peeling. Lovely lady, but I won't be back.
