The waxing lady was great, unfortunately I was met by a very rude receptionist. She insisted I buy a face mask as it is the law I wear it (its not an enforcement and it was the 22nd not 24th so not even the date it was required). There was no signage or indication anywhere I would have to wear a mask throughout my treatment. I would of been more than happy to wear my own mask had I of been informed correctly however I did not want to pay for an over priced mask in the shop.

Never ever a bad word to say about this place. First wash and blow dry at the salon and it was wonderful. Felt very safe with the safety measures put in place due to COVID-19.
