I probably got the wrong hairdresser compared to others who wrote reviews. I have thick hair that requires a particular way of cutting to avoid having it grow out in a funky way. Maybe it was due to language barriers but she gave me a haircut that will require someone else to fix it. I've given it a few days to see maybe it won't be too bad but my hair is already shaping out to be something that I'm not liking at all.

Asked for a trim, she was nice and friendly at the start. Then she dried my hair and the difference between my front layers were SHOCKING. I asked her politely if she could amend and she did, by cutting more and more. Eventually I asked her to stop as my hair was basically being murdered, and she just turned away, laughed and said “you don’t want me to fix it, how can I fix it”. Whereas I explain that I really don’t want it shorter on any side, and she just turned away mumbling and I left 🙃

Really friendly staff and the salon is very clean! My Hollywood wax was done so quickly and efficiently, and I’ve also had my hair done here, definitely recommend:)
