Was seen to late as they had walk ins. No point booking in Treatwell as you’re not seen on time and it costs more. Awful Spanish speaking customer started abusing me.

Really lovely technician, but as I was one of the last bookings of the night they were in a rush, and the salon was cleaning. I completely understand since it's a Friday night and they want to leave quickly - not an issue. Then people starting walking in for quick on the spot bookings, so the technician started juggling me with 2 other people. I didn't receive finishing touches. I love this place for hair and other services and I'd still come back again but possibly not during a busy period.
