I got there, barely got a hello, was sit down, they didn't ask what I wanted and went ahead for a gel manicure without asking and not realising I had prepaid. I had a "treatment manicure" and wasn't sure if that was regular or gel, so I just thought it was a gel one given they hadn't asked anything. At the end they realised I had prepaid and asked me to pay an extra £15 which I refused and they were extremely rude about it. Unpleasant experience overall, not gentle at all, no smile.
