I asked for a long slanted bob haircut and it was cut short horizontal with a rounded effect which does not suit me. The hair is unevenly cut. I am very upset. It is so short I will have to wait for it to grow and have it cut properly by someone else. I did not have my hair coloured so I am not why I was asked to review this. I will be going back to the salon to formally complain.

I advised that I didn’t want thin brows only a mere tidy up. My brows were threaded to an inch of their life; then went on to tell me I had less hairs in one brow than the other, which I’ve NEVER been told or noticed myself, I’ve always been commended on my brows. She then proceeded to get a LED pencil (not brow or makeup, I.E for paper!!) to draw one brow some extra hairs with?
Very bizarre experience & neither friendly either
