I’ve had facials all my adult life and have never experienced anything so uncomfortable. Extremely rough approach to doing a facial, despite my advising early on that it was too hard. The face cream smelled off and the sunblock burned my skin. Hygiene issues further added to my discomfort. Left feeling traumatized, and I never use that word.
