Very painful - I’ve had plenty of waxes before but this therapist was very rough with the wax, it took less than 20 mins (full Hollywood, leg and underarm) so job was done and cheap but you get what you pay for, there was no care at all for the delicate skin in that area, I think next time I’d rather pay more for a nicer experience and gentle approach.
