Overall, my Hollywood waxing experience left much to be desired. The technician was rough and careless, causing unnecessary discomfort throughout the session. Not only did she leave behind patches of hair, but it was evident that she was more focused on finishing quickly rather than ensuring a thorough job. I hope that the salon takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of its services and customer care.
