The leg wax was great, quick and clean with the strip wax. The Hollywood however, the wax therapist started to use strip wax without checking. I paid extra to use hard wax, I didn’t mind correcting her but it seemed that she was hesitant about using it, in the end she burned me and let me leave without checking on me. As soon as I got home I checked as I felt pain underneath and found the skin lifted off.
