This is the 2nd time I have had a Hollywood wax done here... Unfortunately on this occassion the receptionist / waxer did not know about my pre-booked appointment when I arrived, which caused some confusion. Also the wax job itself was not thorough, she missed sections which I mentioned on the spot and also spotted after I got home and it was too late. So I paid a good price but for an incomplete job :-(

One of the best painless waxes I have had to date. Zeena was friendly and very knowledgeable about skin and hair care. She gave me excellent advice. Would highly recommend her as a beautician. She works thur and sat.
