I was surprised that cutting my cuticles was sold to me as an add on service as a "manicure". I travel extensively and no where have I ever been has not already cuticle clipping as a part of the gel process. Felt it was rather steep as a 15 pound add on. That's not the technicians fault - clearly the owners policy, but didn't feel nice!
