The lady I had was very reassuring! It was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax! Even though her English was not the best she did try to explain everything to me as we went through the session. I noticed when I got home, there were a few areas that weren't waxed properly but that may have been because the hairs are very fine and light and not caught on to the wax properly.

Worst spray tan I've ever had. It took 3 hours to dry and I am so patchy and the soles of my feet are destroyed which have now ruined a pair of shoes. Whole body is patchy and orange, absolutely disgusted that they can offer a service like this!

This was my second visit to the salon (after previously having done my nails there) and was again very pleased with the service.
I am giving 5 stars for the full body waxing as the quality of the waxing was better than expected for the price paid. Of course, paying £55 one can't expect to have a perfect waxing, I did have some hairs left which I quickly removed once I got home. Staff was nice, although seemed a bit stressed as it was very busy (a lot of walk ins that afternoon).
