I booked for 10:30 on a Sunday morning. The whole point of me choosing that place was because it was the only one opened before 11am on a Sunday.
The store was closed, someone came at 11 telling me that they don't open before. I told them that it was misleading that I could book for that time online.
No apologies whatsoever, they made it look like it was my fault. Very unhappy with the service. The man who did the mani as good though. I missed my train and had to wait another hour to get another one. It spoiled my sunday.
