The facial was nice and relaxing and my face felt fresh and bright afterwards. It was a little different to other facials I've had, as there was a heat treatment being used but I think this worked well to clear imperfections on the skin.

It's possibly the worst haircut I have had. She cut her finger but carried on cutting my hair. I barely received a hair cut and had to chop it all at home myself. I am going to have to go somewhere else to actually get my hair cut again.
