The ambience is a bit chaotic and disorganised, i think they tend to overbook or don’t manage clinic and Treatwell appointments well. Cleanliness is subpar but they are much cheaper than the avg salon in the NW area and my nails look perfectly fine, no complaints.

As usual it was an excellent manicure. However, despite booking an appointment on Treatwell weeks in advance, I arrived 5 minutes early and then had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.
